The option for debrief of family planning to support your partner’s postnatal recovery, structuring home life with your newborn.

Breastfeeding support after birth into postnatal care. Access to online breastfeeding course & resources. Access to free resources & learning to support postnatal recovery; setting up a nursery, choosing the right pram for you, baby carrying, pregnancy & postnatal exercise routines, nutrition advice, pregnancy yoga.

Access to 24/7 support & mentoring through email or phone. This package includes the option for 8 hours of postnatal support after birth while you settle into life as a new mum. This includes housekeeping, cooking, cleaning, and baby care.
